Sumyro-Anleitung
Use the workspace assistant
Find product guidance from anywhere in your workspace.
The optional workspace assistant helps you understand Sumyro and find the right area for a task. It cannot change account data, settings, permissions, or billing.
Ask a question
- Sign in and select Ask AI. On a large screen, it is the assistant button in the top-right corner; on a small screen, it is in the menu of the central button in the bottom bar.
- Choose a suggested question or enter your own.
- Press Enter to send. Use Shift + Enter for a new line.
- Review the answer before acting on important information.
Select the stop control to end a response. Closing the drawer also stops a response that is still being generated.
Conversation privacy
Conversations are saved to your history in the active workspace, and only you can see them. Your personal workspace and each organization keep separate histories. Open History to search, reopen, rename, or delete a conversation; select New conversation to start another one. A conversation you have not continued for a year is deleted automatically.
The assistant can also remember facts about you in the active workspace, such as a preference you share. Open Memory to review them, add one with Remember, or remove one with Forget. Only you can see them.
Do not enter passwords, verification codes, API keys, payment details, or other secrets. Questions are sent to the configured AI provider so it can produce an answer.
What it can help with
- finding profile, security, preference, member, or billing areas available to the active workspace
- explaining the difference between personal and organization workspaces
- pointing you to the Help Center for step-by-step guidance
Apart from its memory, the assistant is read-only. Use the relevant product page to make and confirm every change.
If Ask AI is missing
The assistant may not be available in this version of Sumyro. The complete Help Center remains available without it.
If an answer fails
Wait a moment and try again. A temporary limit or provider interruption may be in effect. Your product data is not changed when an answer fails.
